  • General Operation Seller shall comply with all applicable requirements of Law, the CAISO, NERC and WECC relating to the Project (including those related to construction, ownership and/or operation of the Project).

  • GENERAL OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 12.1 Interference or damage to Distributor's Equipment by Customers: The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements a requirement that, during the term of the Customer Agreement and until the end of the period ending on the earlier of 6 months after the termination of the Customer Agreement or the date on which a new Customer Agreement is entered into in respect of the relevant ICP, the Customer must not interfere with or damage, and must ensure that its agents and invitees do not interfere with or damage, the Distributor's Equipment without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).

  • General Overview This is an SLA between the Customer and UNM IT to document the provision of:  The Department Web Hosting service;  The general levels of response, availability, and maintenance associated with these services;  The responsibilities of UNM IT as a provider of these services;  The responsibilities of the Customers and Web Admins and Developers (Users) receiving these service;  The financial arrangements associated with the service. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RULES Tenant will, at its sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall:
