General Salary Schedule Range Assignments and Wage Increases. Except as provided by Section 25.4 below, effective July 1, 2021, those classifications represented by the Union assigned to the General Salary Schedule will continue to be assigned to the same salary range to which they were assigned on June 30, 2021. Effective July 1, 2022, all ranges and steps of the salary schedules in effect on June 30, 2021, will be increased by three percent (3%) if fully funded by the State of Washington. Should classified general state government employees, or non-uniformed University employees represented by WFSE, assigned to the General Salary Schedule: (i) receive a general compensation increase at a higher level than that agreed upon by the University and PSE; or (ii) receive an additional one-time, lump-sum payment as a form of additional compensation (i.e., excluding payments intended to reimburse employees for performing additional work or tasks), PSE represented employees will receive the same. Any lump-sum payment made payable to PSE members by action of this paragraph would be paid on the same terms used by General Government. “N1” Pay Range Assignments Except as provided by Section 25.4 below, effective July 1, 2021, those classifications represented by the Union assigned to the “N1” Salary Schedule will continue to be assigned to the same salary range to which they were was assigned on June 30, 2021. The University’s range assignments for positions on the “N1” Salary schedule will match the assignment used by the State. Effective July 1, 2022, all ranges and steps of the “N1” salary schedule in effect on June 30, 2021, will be increased by three percent (3%) if fully funded by the State of Washington. Minimum Hourly Rate. To reflect the University’s and PSE’s shared values, the base salary for represented permanent employees, following successful completion of probation, will be set at the step in the range that most closely approximates eighteen dollars ($18) per hour, not to exceed Step M.

Related to General Salary Schedule Range Assignments and Wage Increases

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • SALARY STEP INCREASES a. Increases to steps above the entry step shall be based on performance and length of service. The employee must have earned the equivalent of at least twenty-six

  • Schedule of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 106 (National Treatment), Article 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) and Article 108 (Additional Commitments).
