General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

Job Description The Employer agrees to draw up job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is bargaining agent. These descriptions shall be presented and discussed with the Union and shall become the recognized job descriptions unless the Union presents written objection with thirty (30) calendar days. WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.
