The Right to Present Grievances clause establishes an individual’s or group’s ability to formally raise concerns or complaints within an organization or contractual relationship. Right to Present Grievances. Every grievant shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with the procedures herein.
Right to Present Grievances. Subject to and as provided in Section 91 of the Public Service Staff Relations Act an employee who feels that he or she has been treated unjustly or considers himself or herself aggrieved by any action or lack of action by the Employer in matters other than those which are dealt within the classification grievance process is entitled to present a grievance in accordance with the procedure provided by this Article except that:
(a) where there is another administrative procedure provided in or under any Act of Parliament to deal with an employee’s specific complaint such procedures must be followed, and
(b) where the grievance relates to the interpretation or application of this Collective Agreement or an arbitral award relating thereto the employee is not entitled to present the grievance unless the employee has the approval of and is represented by the Association. A grievance must be presented not later than twenty-five (25) days from the day on which the employee was notified or informed of the decision or circumstance that is the subject of his or her grievance.

Right to Present Grievances. An employee shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with these procedures free from coercion, interference, restraint, discrimination or reprisal.
Right to Present Grievances. Every Employee shall have the right to present their own grievance in accordance with the procedures provided herein, free from any interference, coercion, restraint, discrimination or reprisal and shall have the right to be represented by a person of their own choosing at all stages of the Grievance Procedure. It is the intent and purpose of the parties to this Agreement that all grievances shall be settled, if possible, at the lowest step of this procedure.
Right to Present Grievances. Notwithstanding any provision herein, individual employees may present their own grievances to the Employer and have them adjusted without the intervention of the Union officer; provided, however, that the Employer has given the Union officers notice and an opportunity to be present at such adjustment. In no event shall any adjustment be contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of any agreement between the Employer and the Union.
