Contract Printing and Distribution. The District shall print and provide without charge a copy of this contract to the unit employees within thirty (30) working days after the parties have proof read and signed the document. Any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of the Agreement shall be given a copy of this Agreement, without charge by the District, at the time of his/her employment. Each unit employee shall be sent, through District mail, without charge by the District, a copy of this Agreement upon ratification by CSEA and the District. Copies of any written changes to this Agreement by the parties shall also be distributed to each unit employee.
Contract Printing and Distribution. 20.1 The Company agrees to provide a copy of the contract to each member of the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.
20.2 The Company will also provide copies of the contract to the CWA District office in sufficient quantity to meet the requirements of servicing the Agreement.
20.3 Printing of the contract will be done by union printers. The Company will bear all costs associated with the printing, shipping and delivery of the contract.
20.4 The Company agrees to provide a copy of this contract to the Union in a mutually acceptable electronic format.
Contract Printing and Distribution. Within two (2) business days after the Agreement is signed by the parties, the Board shall provide electronic access to the digital copy of the Agreement. A digital copy of the Agreement shall be available to all interviewees upon their request.
