Goals and Actions. In this part we will explain the goals and actions we have set for ourselves based on our risk analyses. We have split it up into internal and country specific goals (external). Goals 2019 – 2020 Goal 1: Auditing • 100% of tier 1 factories have acceptable TND Social Compliance status • Improve CAP at tier 1 production locations • Buyers and suppliers should join BSCI workshops Goal 2: Better buying • Continuous improvement of buying practises and involve other departments more in CSR • Ask feedback from suppliers on buying practices (better buying program) Goal 3: Supply chain mapping • 20% of tier 2 locations have a social/environmental standard • 90% of tier 2 suppliers are mapped in the supplier database Goal 4: Internal commitment • Improve internal communication • Sustainability KPI’s implemented for managers Goal 5: Materials • All fabric material use of TND is known in KG volume. • 35% more sustainable materials of total TND volume in KG Goal 6: Chemicals • 100% of our supplier have accepted the RSL Goal 7: China • Ensure suppliers go to BSCI workshops • Prepare discussion on freedom of association & check current status at suppliers • Assist in pollution project Goal 8: India • Request suppliers if they are registered at the right chamber of commerce • Participate in project in Tamil Nadu organized by Arisa.
