Gold Recycling. Gold-Ore Owner’s Pre-Recycled Gold Ore holdings shall be processed to Certified 99.99% Pure Gold by a leading United States mining services company with a minimum of 20-years of experience in processing, refining, recycling, reclamation, and closure of mines (“Contract Gold Processor”). Contract Gold Processor shall recycle the Pre-Recycled Gold Ore to Certified 99.99% Pure Gold including testing, measurement, initial valuation, formal appraisal, removal, transportation, processing, refining, and delivery. Contract Gold Processor shall ensure industry standard security, controls, procedures, and accounting systems are utilized so that the Pre-Recycled Gold Ore is secured and accounted for at all times. Contract Gold Processor will administrate all operational aspects of recycling the Pre-Recycled Gold Ore. Contract Gold Processor will report directly to Trustee. The Trust’s Trustee can terminate Contract Gold Processor for cause or performance, where Trustee shall promptly appoint a replacement contract gold processor.

Gold Recycling. Transportation, processing, refining of the Pre-Recycled Gold Ore shall be managed by a qualified, licensed, bonded, and insured contract gold processor approved by Trustee (“Contract Gold Processor”). The Pre-Recycled Gold Ore shall be refined to Certified 99.95% Pure Gold at a fixed gold recycling cost of $1,000.00 per xxxx ounce of gold (“Gold Recycling Cost”). Contract Gold Processor shall be subject to Trustee approval.

Contract Gold Processor will administrate all operational aspects of transporting and processing the Pre- Recycled Gold Ore. Contract Gold Processor will report directly to Trustee. The Trustee can terminate Contract Gold Processor for cause or performance, where Trustee shall promptly appoint a replacement contract gold processor.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.

  • Solid Waste Management General. The Airport is required by city ordinance to achieve a solid waste recycling rate of 75% by 2012 and 100% by 2020. Tenants are required to cooperate with the Airport to maximize the rate of solid waste recycling and source separation. Airport’s Work. The Airport will supply specially designed solid waste containers for depositing paper, bottles and cans, and general trash in the public areas of the terminal including Tenant public areas. The Airport will provide waste containers for public disposal of food waste and compostable serviceware in the vicinity of Food and Beverage leaseholds. Tenant’s Work. Tenants are required to collect the solid waste generated in back offices in containers designated for paper, bottles& cans, and general trash and deposit the content of each container in the designated bins at collection areas. All Food and Beverage Concessions are required to collect food waste and compostable serviceware in separate containers and deposit the contents in designated compostable materials bins at collection areas.

  • Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”).
