Renewal notice for policies not issued on Auto Renewal Basis: - A health insurance Policy shall ordinarily be renewable except on grounds of fraud, moral hazard or misrepresentation or non cooperation by the insured, provided the Policy is not withdrawn. - The Policy will automatically terminate at the end of the Policy Period and must be renewed within the Grace Period of at least 30 days or as informed by Insurer from time to time. The provisions of Section 64VB of the Insurance Act 1938 shall be applicable. All policies Renewed within the Grace Period shall be eligible for continuity of cover. - If We have discontinued or withdrawn this product/plan You will have the option to renewal under the nearest substitute Policy being issued by Us, provided however benefits payable shall be subject to the terms contained in such other policy which has been approved by IRDAI. - You shall make a full disclosure to Us in writing of any material change in the health condition of any Insured Person at the time of seeking Renewal of this Policy, irrespective of any claim arising or made. The terms and condition of the existing policy will not be altered. - We may, revise the Renewal premium payable under the Policy or the terms of cover, provided that all such changes are approved by IRDAI and in accordance with the IRDAI rules and regulations as applicable from time to time. Renewal premium will not alter based on individual claims experience. We will intimate You of any such changes at least 90 days prior to date of such revision or modification. b. Renewal notice for policies issued on Auto Renewal Basis: - The Company shall automatically renew the Policy annually for the period it has been issued for. However on expiry of the Policy after completing its entire auto renewal period the Company shall not deduct any renewal premium nor give notice that such renewal premium is due. - Every renewal premium (which shall be paid and accepted in respect of this Policy) shall be so paid and accepted upon the distinct understanding that no alteration has taken place in the facts contained in the proposal or declaration herein before mentioned and that nothing is known to the Insured Person that may result to enhance the risk of the Company under the guarantee hereby given. - No renewal receipt shall be valid unless it is on the printed form of the Company and signed by an authorised official of the Company.   • Contract Period and Renewal The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on March 15, 2021, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. If notice of amendment or termination is given by either party, the other party agrees to meet for the purpose of negotiations within thirty (30) days after the giving of notice, if so requested. It is further understood that the central negotiating committees will meet in the sixth month prior to the termination of this Agreement to convey the intentions of their principals as to participation in central negotiations, if any, and to determine the conditions for such central bargaining. Proposals on central issues shall be exchanged by the central negotiating committees on a date set out in the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining. Negotiations on central matters shall take place during the period commencing 90 days prior to the termination of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof.   • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.
