Grandfathered Health and Welfare Plan. The Employer agrees that, once they convert the Xxxx Hospitality location to a Xxxxx Hospitality location, the Employer agrees to provide Xxxx Hospitality’s employees the option to maintain their current existing benefits or to move to the Xxxxx Hospitality Benefits Plan coverage. The parties agreed that such options will be offered within thirty (30) days of such conversion. It is understood that the current benefits will be maintained for current Xxxx Hospitality employees unless they individually choose otherwise or leave the bargaining unit or mutually negotiated by the parties.

The extended health lifetime maximum will be $1,000,000.
