Common use of Grandparent Leave Clause in Contracts

Grandparent Leave. An Employee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver of a grandchild, is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the birth or adoption of the grandchild of the Employee.

Grandparent Leave. An Employeeemployee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver primary caregiver of a their grandchild, is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the birth or adoption of the grandchild of the Employeetheir grandchild.

Grandparent Leave. An EmployeeEmployee who is, who is or will be be, the Primary Caregiver primary caregiver of a grandchild, grandchild is entitled to a period of up to 52 one week’s paid leave and up to two (2) weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the birth or adoption of the grandchild of the Employee.

Grandparent Leave. An Employeeemployee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver primary caregiver of a grandchild, is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the birth or adoption of the grandchild of the Employeeemployee.

Grandparent Leave. An Employee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver of a grandchild, is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the birth or adoption of the grandchild of the Employee. An Employee whose Child is born through a surrogacy arrangement which complies with Part 4 of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 (Vic) (or successor instrument), is eligible to access the parental leave entitlements outlined in clause 56.

Grandparent Leave. 49.22.1 An Employee, who is or will be providing they are the Primary Caregiver primary caregiver of a grandchild, grandchild is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the: 49.22.1 (a) birth of a grandchild of the birth or Employee; or 49.22.1 (b) adoption of the a grandchild of the Employee.

Grandparent Leave. An Employee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver of a grandchild, employee is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of of:  the birth or adoption of the a grandchild of the Employeeemployee; or  the adoption of a grandchild of the employee. An employee is only entitled to grandparent leave if they are or will be the primary caregiver of a grandchild.

Grandparent Leave. 6.7.23.1 An Employee, who is or will be the Primary Caregiver of a grandchild, Employee is entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ continuous unpaid grandparent leave in respect of the: a) birth of a grandchild of the birth Employee; or b) adoption of the a grandchild of the Employee. 6.7.23.2 An Employee is only entitled to grandparent leave if they are or will be the primary caregiver of a grandchild.
