Gravel Roads. Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that roads leading to rental property are dirt and gravel and are sometimes bumpy and vehicle may get dirty and muddy. Guest(s) acknowledges that they must drive slowly on such roads to prevent damage to their vehicle or to the environment. Guest(s) agrees that Owner(s) are not responsible for conditions of road and NO REFUND OR REBATE will be offered.
Gravel Roads. In the event that FPLE Illinois Wind uses a County Road which is a gravel road, FPLE Illinois Wind shall, at its sole expense and subject to the review and approval of the County Engineer, restore such road by coring the road and shoulders to a depth of twelve inches (12”) for a road width of twenty feet (20’), occurrences of subbase failure below the twelve inch (12”) core shall have remedial work, that is, stabilization and subsurface drainage work, performed as directed by the County Engineer, laying a base course of eight inches (8”) of compacted CA-2 and laying a surface course comprised of four inches (4”) of compacted CA-6 or CA-10, and shall also install or improve across road culverts and entrances as directed by the County Engineer, and grade and seed any disturbed ditches in compliance with all Federal, State and County requirements Seal Coat Roads. The parties anticipate and agree that the Repair Work for the majority of the seal coat County Roads used for the construction of the Project will consist of all labor, materials and equipment to provide a twenty-four foot (24’) road base and twenty-two foot (22’) road surface for such roads and to: (i) repair any failures to the road base to a depth of eighteen inches (18"), (ii) recycle the road surface to a depth of two inches (2") below the bottom of the existing bituminous surface treatment for the full width of the road, (iii) add 3 to 3½ inches of compacted CA-6 or CA-l0 from a limestone or dolomite quarry to the recycled surface (or more depending upon the amount of existing gravel which is determined at the time of the Repair Work), and, thereafter, the roads will be prepped, primed and surfaced with bituminous surface treatment Class A-3 for the full width of the road. Disturbed ditches will also be graded and seeded in compliance with all Federal, State and County requirements. Any repairs undertaken pursuant to this Section 4 shall be subject to approval by the County Engineer. Hot Mix Roads. In the event that FPLE Illinois Wind uses a County Road which is a Hot Mix road, FPLE Illinois Wind shall, at its sole expense and subject to the review and approval of the County Engineer, restore such road as follows. With respect to any occurrence of roadbed damage resulting from subbase failures, such repair work shall include, but not be limited to, stabilization and subsurface drainage work, coring to a depth of fifteen inches (15”), laying a base course of eight inches (8”) of compacted CA-2, ...

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
