Common use of Grievance Preparation Clause in Contracts

Grievance Preparation. 10.9.1 The grievors and the Shop Xxxxxxx and Union Representative are entitled to a reasonable period of time in order to prepare for and attend meetings at any Step of the Grievance Procedure without loss of pay. 10.9.2 Scheduling of this time will be arranged with appropriate Supervisors who will take into consideration the needs of the department. 10.9.3 The grievors and Shop Xxxxxxx will advise their Supervisor prior to leaving their workstation to prepare for and attend grievance meetings.
