Geosyntec will use the components listed above to prepare the Monitoring Reports for each landfill. The Monitoring Reports will include detailed descriptions of field and data evaluation protocols, quality control evaluation, data evaluation, statistical analysis of concentration limits (annual), graphic representations of site conditions, a corrective action summary, laboratory results and relevant conclusions. The Monitoring Reports will also include County data regarding gas control, leachate monitoring, and refuse volume data. Summaries of the results of these programs will be included in the text of each report and tabulated where appropriate. Geosyntec will also prepare the semi-annual groundwater monitoring reports for the Xxx Xxxxxx Yard, in accordance with No. 99-052. The report will summarize the results of the groundwater monitoring event and include data tables, a figure showing groundwater gradient direction, and an evaluation of all available site data.
