Guarantee of Employment. (a) Definition - The EMPLOYER shall guarantee a minimum of fifty-eight (58) DANCERS, not including Apprentices, and not less than forty-two (42) weeks of employment in each contract year.
(b) The EMPLOYER shall guarantee a minimum of two (2) STAGE MANAGEMENT STAFF, in each contract year for not less than the minimum number of weeks as set forth in paragraph 44.(a) of this Agreement.
Guarantee of Employment. For Any Day Other than the Sixth or Seventh Day Worked in an Employee’s Workweek (including holidays not worked): 8 hours per day; 1½ thereafter at Schedule B rate Holidays Worked: Minimum call - 8 hours; Double Schedule B rate
Guarantee of Employment. Future Focus does not guarantee employment of any kind. Employers may or may not accept the qualifications when offering employment. It is important to check eligibility with prospective employers. In signing these terms and conditions, the student is confirming that s/he has been informed by Future Focus staff that the eligibility requirements for employment may differ from the entry requirements of the course, and that Future Focus cannot give employment advice.
Guarantee of Employment. The compensation set forth under section ----------------------- 4 -- Compensation will be paid to The Employee even if the Employee is discharged by The Employer for 1) a period ending April 14, 1999 if The Employer terminates this agreement without material cause prior to that date, or 2) for a period ending October 14, 1998 if The Employer terminates this agreement due to a clear and material lack of performance. Notwithstanding the above, if The Employee is discharged because The Employee did not cause the risk parameters to be adhered to, or willfully neglected his duties (by, for example, failing to come to work without reasonable justification, purposefully acting against the interests of The Employer, purposefully failing to adhere to the risk parameters, etc.), no amounts will be due The Employee after discharge.
Guarantee of Employment. This Plan is not an employment policy or contract. It does not guarantee the Executive the right to remain an employee of the Bank nor does it interfere with the Bank’s right to discharge the Executive. It also does not require the Executive to remain an employee or interfere with the Executive’s right to terminate employment at any time.
Guarantee of Employment. Tuniu has to make sure that within one year following the Closing Date, Tuniu Receiving Company will not terminate at its own discretion the employment with any of the Transferred Employees that have been transferred to Tuniu, except in the cases that such employees have offered/received bribery or materially breached Tuniu’s rules and regulations or labor related laws and regulations of China.
