Guest/Visitation Policy. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests at all times. A guest is defined as any person not assigned to the resident host’s room and must be between ages 17 and 25. A resident who lives on campus but in a different residence hall is also considered a guest and should be treated as such. Resident hosts may not have more than two (2) guests at any one time. Each guest is required to have photo identification on them at all times. It is the responsibility of the host to inform the guest of the photo ID requirement. Acceptable forms of photo ID include: driver’s license, non-driver’s ID, school ID, or passport. No other forms of ID will be accepted. Guests without ID will not be allowed access into the residence hall. Resident hosts must escort their guest(s) at all times within the building, including when they exit the building. A resident may not pressure a roommate to tolerate the presence of a guest. All guests to a room are subject to the Housing Contract of all room residents. The presence of guests must not restrict free access for assigned residents to all common spaces and any private space they many have or create any situation that infringes on the need of roommates to remain undisturbed. Students may not sign in or sign out guest(s) for other residential students. Xxxxxxx students, in the role of guest or host, are responsible for properly following sign in procedures. All guests that do not hold residential status at Xxxxxxx College must complete the registration form for the semester. This is a one-time registration form with all information needed by Residence Life and Campus Safety. Guests must still sign in at the front desk of the host location in Trinity Hall or St. Xxxxxx Xxxx. Apartment guests please report to Trinity. The resident host is fully responsible to ensure their guest has completed the registration form. If an unregistered guest is documented in residence, the host will be liable through Community Standards and could face sanctions like loss of privileges or have housing status reviewed.

Guest/Visitation Policy. I acknowledge that only individuals contractually assigned to my suite/room may occupy my suite/room. There is a strict no guest policy in effect. ONLY resident students are permitted to enter MCC residence halls. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, there is a strict no guest policy in effect for non-resident MCC students. Only MCC residence hall students can visit other resident students. ONLY one guest per resident, for a maximum of 8 guests per suite. Each student assigned to a room is only permitted 1 resident student guest at a time. College and MCCA rules and policies must be followed including social distancing and mask use. College and MCCA staff reserve the right to end a gathering at any time.

  • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, GCRC will repay the deposit or charges for the itinerary or, where appropriate, a reasonable pro rata share thereof. In the event of cancellation of an itinerary in progress, GCRC may select and make available alternative transportation by bus or other means from the point of cancellation to the location where the cancelled itinerary was scheduled to conclude, or the place of its commencement, and reasonable accommodation (if any) required in the course of that return transportation. In no circumstances will GCRC be liable to provide or pay for any further payment, compensation, transportation, or accommodation including (without restriction) further transportation to your home or any other location. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.
