Common use of Gym Membership Clause in Contracts

Gym Membership. A. As long as the City is accepted into an Anthem ERC health program which provides gym memberships, the gym memberships will be paid through the Anthem ERC health program. If at any time the City is no longer in an Anthem ERC health program which provides gym memberships, the City agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of a gym membership for a bargaining unit member (spouse optional), subject to provisions as follows;
