Gym Memberships. The Tenant and its employees shall be permitted to purchases passes to the fitness facility throughout the Term at a cost of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per pass per month.
Gym Memberships. The employer agrees to pay for recreational membership at the Xxxxx Yli Juuti Centre at the member’s request for the member and the member’s spouse. Coverage for the member’s spouse will end when the member retires.
Gym Memberships. The police department currently uses the basement of the building on the property as a fitness center. Landlord requires use of said space. As an accommodation to the Tenant, Landlord will provide, without cost to the Borough, a membership to Healthquest to active duty officers of the police department during the term of this Lease.
