Hard Cap Limits. If the Township does not adopt an alternative option to comply with PA 152, the statutory hard caps will apply. Health care premium contributions will be paid by Employer up to the limit imposed by the hard cap for the aggregate of all Township Employees. Premium costs in excess of the allowable hard cap shall be paid by Employees, respective to their selected health care plan, through payroll deduction.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
