Cost sharing model. The District stipend for contract/regular unit members includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance coverage. 14.2.2.1 The District base stipend will increase to cover 50% of the increase in costs for the HMO plan (25-500), dental, life, and disability insurance coverage (see Appendix F). 14.2.2.2 Regular or contract unit members working partial assignments shall receive a pro rata stipend based on the percentage of their assignment. 14.2.2.3 The benefits stipend for adjunct unit members will continue to increase by the same percentage as the employee-only benefits stipend for contract regular faculty (Section 14.4.6). For 2013-14, the adjunct benefit stipend shall increase from $6,579.13 to $6,853.28. Side Letter of Agreement 2012-13.4 will be effective throughout the duration of this cost-sharing agreement.

Full time regular or contract unit members will share 50% of the increase in insurance benefits costs for the 2012-13 academic year as follows: i. Medical Coverage for Employee Only (14.2.1): For 2012-13 the stipend shall increase from $9,018.84 to $9,236.34. An employee on the Low HMO will contribute $217.50 annually. ii. Medical Coverage for Employee Plus One Dependent (14.2.2): For 2012-13 the stipend shall increase from $17,516.16 to $17,801.64. An employee on the Low HMO will contribute $285.48 annually. iii. Medical Coverage for Employee Plus Two Dependents (14.2.3): For 2012-13, the stipend shall increase from $24,136.44 to $24,771.78. An employee on the Low HMO will contribute $635.34 annually. b. Regular or contract unit members working partial assignments shall receive a pro rata stipend based on the percentage of their assignment. c. The benefits stipend for adjunct unit members will continue to increase by the same percentage as the employee-only benefits stipend for contract regular faculty (Section 14.4.6). Cost sharing model. 3.1 The Parties hereby agree that the underlying principles that shall determine and dictate the Cost-Sharing Model provisions under this Agreement, and their application and implementation in practice, include the following: (i) (Fair) The costs of sharing information are determined in a fair way. This shall include, but is not limited to, the requirement that any registrant for a substance shall only be required to share in the costs of information and/or administrative costs, that such registrant is obliged to submit to the Agency to satisfy his registration requirements under REACH. This shall also include, but is not limited to, the requirement that a specific REACH registrant cannot benefit from preferred, reduced or discounted costs for access to REACH data, as compared to comparable or similar registrant entities. (ii) (Transparent) The costs of sharing information are determined in a transparent way. This shall include, but is not limited to, the requirement that where multiple registrants of the same substance or SIEF participants are obliged to share information in accordance with their duties under the REACH Regulation, they shall make relevant efforts to reach an agreement on data-sharing and give access to relevant data. This shall also include, but is not limited to, the requirement that a specific REACH registrant shall make every effort to resolve any question, query or issue directly with the Consortium before referring any dispute, claim or issue to the ECHA and shall disclose any such intention immediately to the Consortium prior to any such referral. (iii) (Non discriminatory) The costs of sharing information are determined in a non discriminatory way. This shall include, but is not limited to, the requirement that there is no arbitrary differentiation of costs for accessing or using REACH data on non-justified grounds as between specific registrants or classes of registrants. 3.2 The Cost-Sharing Model under this Agreement, and its application and implementation in practice, shall adhere to relevant EU and other law, including but not limited to the Implementing Regulation on REACH Data Sharing. In particular: (i) (Substance sameness) Compiling information for the purposes of establishing substance sameness should not be the subject of any cost sharing between previous registrants and potential registrants. Cost sharing model. If the Township adopts an 80/20 cost sharing model for a medical coverage plan year, Employees who elect health insurance coverage will be required to pay twenty (20%) percent of the annual premium cost via payroll deduction. The Township will contribute up to the statutory-maximum amount of 80%. In the event the default hard cap or 80/20 cost-sharing model is used, the Township shall modify the HCSP so that an additional one (1%) percent contribution is made by the Township on behalf of health plan enrolled Employees. The Union shall be permitted to change its required Employee contribution from two (2%) percent to a percentage to be determined by the union. The Township contribution shall be capped at three (3%) percent.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.
