Common use of Health Benefits Committee Clause in Contracts

Health Benefits Committee. The Agency agrees to convene a joint health benefits committee for the purposes of reviewing all facets of the health benefits programs provided for employees of the Agency. The goal of this committee is finding high quality benefits while containing benefit cost increases. The committee shall be comprised of three (3) members selected by the Agency and three (3) members selected by CSEA. The committee shall meet at least once annually, unless an alternative schedule is mutually agreed upon in writing.

The committee shall be comprised of three (3) members selected by the Agency and three (3) members selected by CSEA. The committee shall meet at least once annually, unless an alternative schedule is mutually agreed upon in writing.
