Health, Safety and Education Fund. The Employer agrees to contribute three cents ($.03) per hour for every hour worked by Employees to the United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 1518, Health, Safety & Education Fund effective on the start of the pay period following implementation of this Agreement. Hours worked for this purpose will include hours actually worked as well as paid vacation and statutory holiday hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
