Helmet. Each participant must have a fastened accurate helmet on his head. Participants are allowed to the time trial only with such a helmet. A participant riding a bike without a helmet fastened on his head will be disqualified without refund of the registration fee. The helmet must be manufactured according to DIN 33954, comply with SNEL and / or ANSI standards.
Helmet. Airlift Northwest will provide a helmet. Additional allowance – Airlift Northwest will provide up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) annually for current and new employees for the purchase of nomex coats, vests, hearing dampening devices or boots that exceed the value of the amounts above. Receipts must be provided for reimbursement and Airlift Northwest reserves the right to require that items portray a professional image. Employees will be responsible for the normal upkeep of the equipment issued by the Employer. The replacement of unserviceable or lost items will be made upon surrender of the items or proof of loss in accordance with terms of the list of equipment above. All equipment provided to employees, either directly or by allowance funding, must be utilized by employees at work. Safety equipment will be replaced when the manufacturer’s timeline indicates expiration. The ALNW Safety Committee may recommend the issuance of additional equipment/clothing for all ALNW nurses, or for a specifically unique station or region.
Helmet. I/we will wear a helmet that complies with USA Cycling rules and regulations and I assume all responsibility for the selection of such a helmet. Rider understands that no helmet can protect against all foreseeable falls or impacts, and cycling will expose the user to forces that exceed the limits of protection provided by any helmet. Rider also understands and agrees that a helmet does not protect the neck, spine or any other uncovered body part, and that all of these limitations are INHERENT RISKS of cycling that Rider assumes. Anti-doping. I/we acknowledge that UCI Anti-Doping Rules and U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (“USADA”) Protocol may apply to me/us and that I/we must comply with those rules. I/we agree to submit to drug testing and understand that the use of methods or substances prohibited by the applicable anti-doping rules would make me/us subject to penalties up to disqualification and suspension. I/we agree to submit to the results management authority and processes of USADA, including arbitration under the USADA Protocol, or to the results management authority of the UCI and/or my/our national federation, if referred by USADA. Use of Information. I understand that Canyon Bicycles USA, Inc., organizing authorities, sponsors, organizers and promotors of the Event may collect or receive my contact information in connection with this Agreement and the Event, and use it to administer this Agreement and for marketing purposes. I further acknowledge, agree and consent that these receiving parties and their designees may share this information with third parties who (a) need access to this information to perform services on their behalf, (b) they may also share this information with select marketing partners, and (c) they and select marketing partners may use this information to contact me with information and offers believed to be of interest to me.
Helmet. 4- I am aware that the Canadian Curling Association recommends that all novice curlers or curlers who are at a high risk of falling wear a CSA-approved helmet designed for ice sports whenever they step onto a curling club’s ice surface. I am also aware that the association recommends that these same curlers use double grippers when not delivering a stone. I have read and agree to be bound by paragraph 4.
