CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. A basic City uniform, clothing, and accessory issue shall be established by general order. This initial issue shall be at the City's expense. A. All maintenance, repair, replacement, cleaning and upkeep of a member's uniform is to be borne by the individual member. B. The following items (which remain the property of the Department) shall be maintained, repaired, replaced and cleaned by the City, unless the below items are damaged, misplaced, or stolen due to a member's negligence or misuse:

CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. If an employee is required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be furnished to the employee by the County. The cost of the uniform (including initial tailoring) shall be paid by the County as shall necessary replacement or repairs of the uniform. The County will provide at initial appointment a $420 clothing allowance for the first year, and thereafter a thirty- five dollar ($35) clothing allowance per month for any employee whose full-time assignment (Detective) is plainclothes duty (does not include POINT assignments).

SECTION 4. The Employee shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of all uniforms and clothing gear and Employee shall be in violation of this Agreement and subject to disciplinary action if Township- issued clothing is used or worn for any purpose other than for Township Police Department assigned duties.

Purchase upon promotion to Fire Lieutenant: (1) dark blue shirts: two long sleeve and two short sleeve; (2) two hats with black bands, silver braid and badges; (3) lapel emblems: one set each for Class A Dress Uniform blouse and fatigue jacket; (4) collar insignias: two sets for shirts; (5) helmet: one yellow helmet and front shield; (6) badges: two sets each for shirts and uniform blouse; and (7) silver sleeve striping for Dress Uniform; C. Purchase upon promotion to Battalion Chief: (1)(a) white shirts: two long sleeve and two short sleeve; (1)
CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. Sworn personnel shall be provided a uniform maintenance allowance of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per fiscal year. Personnel working on a permanent assignment in plain clothes shall receive a clothing allowance of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per fiscal year. In addition, sworn personnel shall receive a boot allowance of ne Hundred dollars ($100.00) per fiscal year. Personnel assigned for a portion of the year shall receive a pro rata payment. CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. (a) All Regular Employees, who have completed their probationary period in accordance with Article 7 and have worked continuously for twelve (12) months or more, shall receive an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) annually on the last pay period of March of each year during the term of this Agreement to cover part of the cost of uniforms or work apparel. (b) Maintenance personnel shall receive Homeland Housing issued uniforms, including shirts, pants, cargo shorts, coveralls/overalls, and shall not receive the allowance as described in 21.06(a). (c) Maintenance personnel may submit their order for Homeland Housing issued uniforms by March 1st annually to the Area Manager or designate. (d) Maintenance personnel shall receive an allowance of one hundred dollars ($100) annually on the last pay period of March of each year to cover part of the cost of CSA safety shoes and/or boots. When footwear is purchased for reimbursement by the Employer, the receipt must specify that the footwear is CSA approved. Reimbursement shall be made upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period. (e) All Casual, and Temporary Employees, who have completed their probationary period in accordance with Article 7 and who have worked continuously for twelve

CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. (a) The County will provide a clothing allowance in the amount of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) quarterly for full-time plainclothes employees who are normally required to wear business attire, three hundred dollars ($300) quarterly for other full-time plainclothes employees and one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) quarterly for part-time plainclothes employees. (b) The County will continue to provide uniforms to designated personnel in accordance with department regulations. (c) The County will also continue its present policy of providing cleaning services for employees up to a maximum of thirty dollars ($30) per month at the service vendor selected by the County. (d) Employees assigned to a light duty assignment by virtue of a medical condition, illness or injury will be eligible to receive a cleaning allowance for civilian clothes worn during the period of light duty. (e) Any employee who normally receives a clothing allowance and who is placed in a light duty status due to a medical condition, illness or injury, shall continue to receive their normal clothing allowance. (f) At the employee's option a utility uniform, if available, will be issued by the department for the use and wear by the employee while the employee is working a light duty assignment.
CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. 1. The Town will provide a uniform allowance for uniformed personnel in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) effective April 1, 2008 and six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) effective April 1, 2010 to offset the costs of purchasing and maintaining the uniform standards set by the Chief. 2. CLOTHING AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. After an employee has worked for the Employer for one (1) year computed from his last date of hire, he will receive the sum of $500.00 each year of this contract to purchase uniforms or work clothing. Said uniforms and clothing payments shall be made on or about the date of the regular June meeting of each year. Clothing allowance for the second year of employment to be computed on the number of days from the one year anniversary date to June 1st of the fiscal year. Village and Union agreed to a mandatory clothing policy to provide uniformity and identification, consisting of, at a minimum: winter coat, hat, summer shirts, summer hat, and safety work boots. A clothing committee will be established consisting of union and management representation to agree on uniform items with Village identification. Wearing of selected clothing is mandatory. This policy is to be worked on by the Union and the Village within two months of ratification. If an agreement is not reached by that time, the Village will implement a policy consistent with this agreement. Village will continue practice of providing safety equipment.
