Common use of Higher Rated Job Transfer Clause in Contracts

Higher Rated Job Transfer. An employee assigned to a higher rated job for two hours or more shall receive the higher rated pay at the same step in which they are being paid in their permanent position for hours worked.

Higher Rated Job Transfer.
