We will refund the pro-rated premium to You for the unexpired Period of Insurance, provided no claims have been made under the Policy and subject to a minimum premium of RM60.00. We may cancel this Policy by giving You 14 days’ notice in writing to Your last email address or address known to Us, and refund the pro-rated premium to You for the unexpired Period of Insurance. Any occurrence which may result in a claim must be reported to Us in writing within 30 days after it occurs and
HIJACKING. Injuries suffered as a direct result of unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise on control of an aircraft, vessel, public conveyance (commonly known as hijacking) provided the Insured Person is not a participant in such unlawful act.
HIJACKING. Hijacking The Company will pay the Policyholder S$600 for each period of 24 consecutive hours that an Insured Person is forcibly or illegally detained as the result of a Hijack which occurs during a Business Trip, up to the maximum amount specified on the Policy Schedule. The Company will also pay for reasonable expenses of the Insured Person’s Partner for return travel to and accommodation in the area where the Insured Person is released, up to S$12,000 in total. As part of this special arrangement, the Company has a dedicated 24- hour crisis response contact telephone number which Insured Person or Insured Person’s family and friends may contact in the event of a Hijack. Details of the crisis hotline is as follows:
HIJACKING. The Service Provider does not guarantee the safety of the PMSC’s personnel during the provision of the Security and Logistic Services. If the Vessel is hijacked with the PMSC’s personnel on board: (a) The Vessel Owner’s insurers will take the lead in the management of the hijacking incident. (b) The PMSC shall be entitled to be briefed by the Vessel Owner’s Incident Management Team or other relevant person(s) in charge of the management of the hijacking incident. The PMSC shall be entitled to receive regular weekly reports as to the progress of the negotiations. (c) The PMSC’s personnel shall not do anything to endanger the lives of the Crew, MNG Team other PMSC’s personnel and/or other persons permitted by the Master to travel on board the Vessel. (d) The PMSC shall be under no obligation to contribute to xxxxxx payments to secure the release of the Vessel, Crew, MNG team or own or other PMSC personnel (whether or not PMSC Personnel are on board the Vessel at the time of release).

  • Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.

  • DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

  • Explosion Riot or civil commotion.

  • Pandemic An epidemic that spreads over a wide area, crossing borders and defined as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and/or by the competent local authorities of the country where the loss occurred. Isolation of the person, in the event of suspected illness or proven illness, decided by a competent local authority, in order to avoid a risk of spreading said illness in the context of an epidemic or pandemic.

  • Weather User understands and agrees that during the term of this agreement, User will strictly adhere to the Weather Protocols set forth in the Grand Park Emergency Management Plan. The Grand Park Emergency Management Plan is made available on the Grand Park website or by request a copy may be provided by the Commission. In the event of inclement weather, the Commission will retain final determination as to the ability of the facility to support the Event. a. If the facility is unable to support the event due to an "Act of God" the Commission will not provide a refund or credit to the User. User may obtain event insurance through a vendor of their choosing to cover the "Act of God" scenario. b. If the facility is deemed unable to support the event by the Commission, the Commission will work with the User to reschedule such activity as was affected by the facility closure. In such case that the activity may not be rescheduled, Commission will credit the User for such activity as was affected by the closure and allow the credit to be utilized toward a future event. c. If the facility is deemed unable to support the event by the User, the Commission will work with the User to reschedule such activity as was affected within the general time constraints of the User's Event. In such case that the activity may not be rescheduled, Commission will not credit the User.

  • Accidents If a death, serious personal injury or substantial property damage occurs in connection with CONTRACTOR’s performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify Mendocino County Risk Manager's Office by telephone. CONTRACTOR shall promptly submit to COUNTY a written report, in such form as may be required by COUNTY of all accidents which occur in connection with this Agreement. This report must include the following information: (1) name and address of the injured or deceased person(s); (2) name and address of CONTRACTOR's sub-contractor, if any; (3) name and address of CONTRACTOR's liability insurance carrier; and (4) a detailed description of the accident and whether any of COUNTY's equipment, tools, material, or staff were involved.

  • Vandalism Vandalism will result in cancellation of privileges. Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy data of another user, Internet, or any of the above listed agencies or other networks that are connected to any of the Internet backbones. This includes, but not limited to, the uploading or creation of computer viruses.

  • Earthquake including land shock waves or tremors before, during or after a volcanic eruption;

  • War We do not Cover an illness, treatment or medical condition due to war, declared or undeclared.

  • Inclement Weather 24.1 This Inclement Weather clause sets out the full rights, obligations and entitlements of the parties and establishes the conditions under which payment for periods of inclement weather shall be made. 24.2 This Inclement Weather clause is to be read and observed in lieu of the provisions of the award and VBIA. 24.3 Definition – inclement weather Inclement weather shall mean the existence of rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether they be those of hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature or the like or any combination thereof) by virtue of which it is either not reasonable or not safe for employees exposed thereto to continue working whilst the same prevail.
