Hiring from Outside Clause Samples
The "Hiring from Outside" clause defines the conditions under which an organization may recruit personnel who are not currently employed within the company or its affiliates. Typically, this clause outlines the process for seeking external candidates, such as advertising job openings publicly or using recruitment agencies, and may specify when internal candidates must be considered first. Its core function is to establish clear guidelines for external hiring, ensuring transparency and fairness in the recruitment process while addressing the need to fill positions with the most qualified individuals, even if they are not already part of the organization.
