Hiring Plan. With respect to each applicable Service, each of Service Provider and L Brands (or their applicable Service Managers) shall mutually cooperate to establish a hiring plan setting forth the additional number of new employees to be hired by Service Provider and its Affiliates following the Distribution Date for purposes of providing the applicable Services (the “Hiring Plan”).

Hiring Plan. The term "Hiring Plan" means the plan, set forth in Exhibit 6, containing the terms and conditions by which PwCES will (i) offer employment to and hire Equifax Selected Employees and (ii) employ and compensate Transitioned Employees.
Hiring Plan has been in the transportation business for seventeen years and fully realizes the fact that the employees are the faces of a service-oriented business. In this case the employees that IGS hires represent the City of Calabasas hence IGS will go through an extensive hiring plan to hire the most professional, courteous, and qualified employees. After reviewing an applicant’s resume, three members of management will interview the applicant. Management will determine if the applicant’s previous experience in the industry combined with the customer service ability is a fit for IGS and the City of Calabasas. Once the applicant is determined to be the right fit IGS will run a background check. Below is the list of the background checks completed:  DMV Record ReviewDrug and Alcohol Testing  Pre-Employment Physical Examination  Contacting Prior Employment References  Police Criminal Background Check Once drivers are selected, they will attend our special training program focused on professionalism, appearance and customer service. IGS will make reasonable efforts to remove any employee who is convicted of a felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude during his/her employment. All drivers will be Class B passenger certified driver and will be able to operate the wheelchair lift in all vehicles. IGS has veteran experienced drivers that have been with the firm for over 10 years. The personnel are highly motivated and experienced in the transportation business. IGS will select the best-qualified drivers to handle the delicate DAR program. IGS is aware that the DAR program may involve senior citizens and disabled riders. Hence, the most experienced drivers from the database will be selected. The employees will be subject to further DMV record

  • Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan. 19.6.2 The Training Plan sets out the training that the apprentice will do both on – the – job and off – the – job.   • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Annual Plan On or before November 1 of each calendar year during the Term, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for its approval a proposed annual plan for the promotion, operation, leasing, repair and maintenance of the Project for each calendar year (the "Proposed Annual Plan"). For purposes of this Agreement, a "Fiscal Year" shall mean a calendar year beginning on the first day of January and ending on the last day of December. The Annual Plan for the remaining portion of Fiscal Year 2003 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

  • Meal Plan 18. Residents are required to purchase a meal plan for both semesters. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/xxxx for details on meal plan rates. Residents may contract for a meal plan of a higher value than stipulated in the fee schedule. 19. The meal plan may only be used to purchase food and beverages at Food Service outlets designated by the University. Meal plans cannot be used to purchase alcohol or gift certificates from any of our Off Campus Partners or to pay any other fees owed to the University of Windsor. 20. Selling of unused meal plan money is not permitted. 21. The University accepts no liability for lost, misplaced or stolen student cards and reserves the right to confiscate without recourse, any student card which bears evidence of alterations. 22. Any unused balance remaining in the meal plan accounts of the Resident on the termination date of this Agreement, will be subject to the University of Windsor Meal Plan Carry-Forward Policy. 23. Residents may add money to their meal plan at the Food Services office, J01 in Vanier Hall or the UwinCard Office in the CAW Student Centre (lower level). 24. The meal plan account is HST exempt on most purchases made at Food Service outlets on campus, except on taxable items at the Bru in Alumni Hall or with our Off Campus Partners. This is a current meal plan tax policy and is subject to change in accordance with provincial or federal legislation. 25. Meal plan fees or hours of operation are subject to change as deemed necessary or when due to circumstances beyond Food Services' control. The University reserves the right to increase or otherwise change the prices of items available for purchase in its Food Service outlets. Residents will be given reasonable notice of changes to the plan and such changes will be made fairly and in due consultation with student representatives.

  • Implementation of Corrective Action Plan After the Corrective Action Plan is finalized, the Purchasers shall use reasonable best efforts to implement the finalized Corrective Action Plan on the timeline set forth therein and provide periodic reports (as provided for therein) to the Sellers on the status of their implementation of the Corrective Action Plan.

  • Governing Plan This Award is granted pursuant to the Plan, which is incorporated herein for all purposes. The Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Plan, which controls in case of any conflict with this Agreement, except as otherwise provided for in the Plan. No amendment of the Plan shall adversely affect this Award in any material way without the written consent of the Participant.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan The Owner has adopted Exhibit H, Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Business ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted with Contractor's Proposal and attached as Exhibit I. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Concession Area, including its abandonment.
