Hiring Ratio. Hiring ratios shall be used as a planning tool by the District to anticipate staffing needs based on enrollment. For individual class size limits, see Articles 9.2 and 9.3. Reasonable effort shall be made to balance staffing between sites while avoiding split positions if possible. 9.1.6 The district-wide hiring ratio for School Nurses shall be no more than 2400:1. Reasonable effort shall be made to balance workload between staff.
