Common use of Historic Allowances Clause in Contracts

Historic Allowances. At the date this Agreement came into effect, an employee who was entitled to and in receipt of one of the following allowances will continue to receive the allowance until they cease to be employed by the University or cease to be employed in the position held at the date of this Agreement. Adverse Event Pager Allowance; Leading Hand/Crew Chief Allowance; Licence Allowance (Electricians); Licence Allowance (Plumbers); Registration Allowance (Plumbers); Qualifications Allowance (Cleaning Attendants); Tool Allowance; and Horizon Maintenance Allowance.
