Holiday Falling Within a Scheduled Vacation Period. 11.10.1 An additional day of vacation with pay shall be granted within the same calendar year when an authorized holiday falls within a period during which an employee is on a scheduled vacation. 11.10.1.1 The Company shall schedule the additional day of vacation immediately preceding or immediately following the vacation period. 11.10.1.2 The additional day of vacation with pay for a scheduled holiday falling within a scheduled vacation period shall not be payable to the employees who have resigned from the Company and are to receive vacation pay under the terms of this Article, Section 11.9.

  • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
