Common use of Holiday on Day Off Clause in Contracts

Holiday on Day Off. Whenever a holiday shall fall on an employee’s scheduled day off, the last normal workday before the holiday or the first normal workday following the holiday (whichever is closer) shall be designated as the holiday.
