Holiday Pay for Worked Holidays. Effective July 1, 2022, all home care workers who are assigned by their client to work on one of the recognized holidays listed below will be paid for all hours worked on those days, up to eight hours per day, at one and half times their regular rate of pay which includes any applicable differential.
