Holiday Pay When Worked. Each eligible employee will receive eight (8) hours pay at the employee’s regular straight time rate for each observed holiday worked provided the employee has worked their entire scheduled shifts prior to and immediately following the holiday. The holiday pay shall be in addition to the employee’s straight time pay for all hours worked in his/her scheduled shift.

  • Holiday Worked In addition to Subsection A above, employees will be compensated for the hours actually worked on a holiday at the overtime rate, in accordance with Article 17, Overtime.
