B. HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PAY. 8.1 In addition to public holidays in England, during his employment hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to 25 working days’ paid holiday per holiday year and, if applicable, such additional days as are set out in the Company’s standard terms and conditions of employment from time to time, during each holiday year to be taken at such time or times as may be agreed with the Manager. Except as otherwise provided in the Company’s holiday policy, the Executive may not carry forward any unused part of his holiday entitlement to a subsequent holiday year and the Executive shall not be entitled to any salary in lieu of untaken holiday.
8.2 For the holiday year during which the Executive’s employment hereunder commences or terminates he shall be entitled to such proportion of his annual holiday entitlement as the period of his employment in each such holiday year bears to one holiday year as set out in the Company’s holiday policy. Upon termination of his employment for whatever reason, he shall, if appropriate, be entitled to salary in lieu of any outstanding holiday entitlement.
