Home Instruction Teachers a. The Home Instruction Teacher will be responsible for instructing students receiving instruction at home or at another off-campus location. Session schedules shall be arranged by the Director of Student Services or his/her designee in cooperation with the Home Instruction Teacher. b. Should the District assign a teacher(s) as Home Instructor on a fulltime basis the terms and conditions of the assignment shall be mutually agreed with the Union via a letter of understanding prior to the start of the assignment.

Home Instruction Teachers a. The Home Instruction Teacher for each school year will not be transferred involuntarily from an existing assignment without agreeing to the conditions set forth in this section. b. The Home Instruction Teacher shall notify the Assistant SuperintendentHuman Resources and Operations through the established preference process for 795 members of their preference to return or not return to the Home Instruction Teacher Assignment for the ensuing school year. Consideration of the adjusted work day required for the Home Instruction Teacher and the teacher’s qualifications for other teaching positions within the District will be included in the review of the teacher’s preference. c. The Home Instruction Teachers will work 7.5 hour days that begin between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Such hours will be decided when a teacher accepts the position. d. The Home Instruction Teacher will be responsible for instructing students receiving instruction at home or at another off-campus location. Session schedules shall be arranged by School Counselors in cooperation with the Home Instruction Teacher. e. The Home Instruction Teacher will be scheduled to not exceed 25 hours per week of instruction and not to exceed 27.5 hours per week instruction and travel time. (Ex., It would be possible to have 4 hours of travel if the instruction for a particular week was cut to 23.5 hours.) f. Each instructional session can include up to five students getting instruction for the same subject. g. The Home Instruction Teacher will be responsible for a maximum of 25 students per week. h. No later than March of each year, the Board and Union shall meet to review the provisions of this section, the provisions of which will expire June of each year unless extended by mutual agreement.
Home Instruction Teachers. Home Instruction teachers will receive the following: Effective August 25, 2012 $19.43 Per class hour Effective August 25, 2013 $19.58 Effective August 25, 2014 $19.78 Certified teachers employed by the COMMITTEE shall be given an opportunity for homebound instruction assignments before certified teachers not employed by the COMMITTEE are given such assignments.
Home Instruction Teachers. Effective September 1, 2014 payment will be made at the rate of $27.00 per hour plus mileage from the home of the Member.

  • Proper Instructions and Special Instructions “Proper Instructions,” which may also be standing instructions, as such term is used throughout this Agreement shall mean instructions received by the Custodian from a Fund, a Fund’s duly authorized investment manager or investment adviser, or a person or entity duly authorized by either of them. Such instructions may be in writing signed by the authorized person or persons or may be in a tested communication or in a communication utilizing access codes effected between electro-mechanical or electronic devices or may be by such other means and utilizing such intermediary systems and utilities as may be agreed from time to time by the Custodian and the person(s) or entity giving such instruction, provided that the Fund has followed any security procedures agreed to from time to time by the applicable Fund and the Custodian including, but not limited to, the security procedures selected by the Fund via the form of Funds Transfer Addendum hereto, the terms of which are hereby agreed to. Oral instructions will be considered Proper Instructions if the Custodian reasonably believes them to have been given by a person authorized to provide such instructions with respect to the transaction involved; the Fund shall cause all oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. For purposes of this Section, Proper Instructions shall include instructions received by the Custodian pursuant to any multi-party agreement which requires a segregated asset account in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality. 15.2 The Contractor is also required to provide a dedicated Account Manager for every Framework Public Body using the Framework, if required by the Framework Public Body. The service to be provided will be agreed with each Framework Public Body and may include:  regular review meetings, which may be in person at the Framework Public Bodies’ premises, by video-conference, webinar or telephone  Regular catch-up meetings/telephone calls to discuss current and on-going issues  Work with the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to resolve any on-going operational issues  Work with the Framework Public Body ’s Contract Manager to pro-actively introduce initiatives to:  Create efficiencies in processes  Improve the environmental performance of the contract. 15.3 It is expected that end users will contact the Contractor in the first instance to resolve any operational issues. The Account Manager will act as a point of escalation to be contacted either by end users or by the Framework Public Body’s Contract Manager should there be issues that the Contractor needs to resolve. 15.4 Further details of the roles and responsibilities of the Contractor, Authority and Framework Public Bodies are provided in Schedule 4 – Management Arrangements

  • Acting on Instructions; Unclear Instructions (a) Bank is authorized to act under this Agreement (or to refrain from taking action) in accordance with the instructions received by Bank, via telephone, telex, facsimile transmission, or other teleprocess or electronic instruction or trade information system acceptable to Bank ("Instructions"). Bank shall have no responsibility for the authenticity or propriety of any Instructions that Bank believes in good faith to have been given by Authorized Persons or which are transmitted with proper testing or authentication pursuant to terms and conditions that Bank may specify. Customer authorizes Bank to accept and act upon any Instructions received by it without inquiry. Customer shall indemnify the Bank Indemnitees against, and hold each of them harmless from, any Liabilities that may be imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against the Bank Indemnitees as a result of any action or omission taken in accordance with any Instructions or other directions upon which Bank is authorized to rely under the terms of this Agreement, provided that Bank shall not be indemnified against or held harmless from any Liabilities arising out of Bank's negligence, bad faith, fraud, or willful misconduct. (b) Unless otherwise expressly provided, all Instructions shall continue in full force and effect until canceled or superseded. (c) Bank may (in its sole discretion and without affecting any part of this Section 3.1) seek clarification or confirmation of an Instruction from an Authorized Person and may decline to act upon an Instruction if it does not receive clarification or confirmation satisfactory to it. Bank shall not, except as provided in Section 7.1 hereof, be liable for any loss arising from any delay while it seeks such clarification or confirmation. (d) In executing or paying a payment order Bank may rely upon the identifying number (e.g. Fedwire routing number or account) of any party as instructed in the payment order. Customer assumes full responsibility for any inconsistency within an Instruction between the name and identifying number of any party in payment orders issued to Bank in Customer's name.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Wiring Instructions Within five (5) calendar days of receiving a Capital Notice, Investor shall advance the Capital Call amount specified in the Capital Notice to Sponsor by wire transfer of immediately available funds pursuant to the wiring instructions separately provided. For clarity, the aggregate amount of the Capital Calls funded under this Agreement will not exceed the Investor Capital Contribution.
