Common use of Hospital-Medical Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Medical Insurance. 1. Active Employees (including DROP Participants): The Employer shall provide fully-paid Blue Cross/Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage or its substantial equivalence and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage or its substantial equivalence to all regular employees and their eligible family members, including prescription drug coverage, as outlined in Appendix A.

Hospital-Medical Insurance. 1. Active Employees (including DROP Participants): The Employer shall provide fully-fully paid Blue Cross/Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage or its substantial equivalence and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage or its substantial equivalence to all regular employees and their eligible family members, including prescription drug coverage, as outlined in Appendix A.E.
