Common use of HOSPITAL RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

HOSPITAL RESPONSIBILITIES. HOSPITAL will provide:  A suitable academic environment for educational experiences in the RESIDENT’S specialty;  A Residency Program that strives to meet and exceed the standards of the Essentials of Approved Residencies promulgated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), when such Essentials apply; and  Upon RESIDENT’s satisfactory completion of the Residency Program as determined by HOSPITAL, the HOSPITAL will issue certificate of completion.

HOSPITAL will provide:  • A suitable academic environment for educational experiences in the RESIDENT’S specialty;  • A Residency Program that strives to meet and exceed the standards of the Essentials of Approved Residencies promulgated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), when such Essentials apply; and  • Upon RESIDENT’s satisfactory completion of the Residency Program as determined by HOSPITAL, the HOSPITAL will issue certificate of completion.

HOSPITAL RESPONSIBILITIES. HOSPITAL will provide:  • A suitable academic environment for educational experiences in the RESIDENT’S specialtyFELLOWSHIP;  • A Residency Program training program that strives to meet and exceed the standards of the Essentials of Approved Residencies promulgated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), when such Essentials apply; and  • Upon RESIDENT’s satisfactory completion of the Residency Program as determined by HOSPITALtraining program, the HOSPITAL will issue an Eisenhower Medical Center certificate of completion; • Housing at a participating site, at no cost to the FELLOW, if the FELLOW is required to rotate to a participating site that is considered remote as defined by ACGME Program Requirements.
