Common use of Hour Shift Employees Clause in Contracts

Hour Shift Employees. (i) A relief employee will not be scheduled to work in excess of four (4) consecutive twelve hour shifts with the exception of one P-Day and pay average will be 76 hours per pay based on the 38 hour work week. In addition, hours over 1976 per year will be considered as distributable overtime.
