Hourly rate computation Clause Samples
The Hourly Rate Computation clause defines how compensation is calculated based on the number of hours worked and a predetermined hourly rate. In practice, this clause specifies that payment to a contractor or service provider will be determined by multiplying the actual hours worked by the agreed-upon hourly rate, often requiring detailed time records or invoices for verification. Its core function is to ensure transparent and fair compensation for services rendered, preventing disputes over payment amounts by establishing a clear and objective method for calculating fees.
