HOURS AND WORK WEEK. (a) The work day for regular full time skilled trades employees shall be eight (8) hours including lunch periods, with lunch periods to be scheduled at times consistent with the requirements of the respective job assignments. Skilled trades employees shall not leave the buildings where they work for their personal needs unless permission has been granted in advance by the appropriate supervisor.
