Good Attendance Bonus. Any unit member who maintains good attendance (zero, one, or two absences) in a six-month period (either July 1st through December 31st or January 1st through June 30th) shall be paid a bonus for the six- month period. Absences shall exclude Funeral Leave, Jury Duty Leave, Holidays, and Vacation Days and absences accompanied with medical documentation. The bonus rates will be seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for zero absences, forty-five ($45.00) for one absence, or twenty-five ($25.00) for two absences.

Good Attendance Bonus. If an employee is absent no more than one (1) day between January 1 and June 30, the employee will receive a $100 bonus. If the employee is absent no more than one (1) day, between July 1 and December 31, the employee will receive a $100 bonus. If the employee is absent no more than one day in each half of a calendar year, the employee will receive an additional $100 bonus, for a total of $300 for the calendar year.
Good Attendance Bonus. If an employee is absent no more than one (1) day per semester, the employee will receive a gross $100 bonus per semester. If the employee is absent no more than one (1) day each semester in a school year, the employee will receive an additional gross $100 bonus for a total of $300 for the school year. Good Attendance Bonus. Any employee who works a full year without loss of sick time shall receive three additional holidays (twenty-four hours). Employees who use no more than eight hours of sick time per year shall receive two holidays (sixteen hours), and employees who use no more than sixteen hours of sick time shall receive one holiday (eight hours). Employees who use more than sixteen hours of sick time a year shall receive no holiday bonus. A year will be from January 1 to December 31. Holidays received by the employees can be used anytime in the following year and must be scheduled thirty calendar days prior with the appropriate department head.

To qualify, employee must be in active pay status and have perfect attendance for all days within the pay period. Bonus will not be prorated within a pay period based on attendance. Good Attendance Bonus a) Any teacher who shall utilize two (2) or less sick/personal leave days per year shall receive a stipend bonus of two hundred dollars ($200). Any teacher who shall utilize between three (3) and five (5) inclusive sick/personal leave days per year shall receive a stipend bonus of one hundred dollars ($100). The Good Attendance Bonus will be paid by the next regularly scheduled payroll after the last day of the school term. b) At the beginning of each school year, each teacher shall have available as sick leave his or her accumulated total as of the close of the preceding year plus the then current annual allotment as stated in Subsection 2 above. Any teacher who has available sick leave greater than or equal to two hundred forty-three (243) days shall have the option of designating one (1) sick leave day per year as personal leave above and beyond those that may be designated as personal leave under Subsection 2 above.
Good Attendance Bonus. An employee may apply for the payment of a good attendance bonus at December each year, such bonus being equivalent to the current single year's sick leave entitlement which then stands to his/her credit at the end of the period. For the purposes of this bonus, continuous service shall be deemed not to have been broken by: (a) any absence from work on leave granted by the employer; or (b) any absence from work by reason of personal illness, injury or other reasonable cause (proof whereof shall, in each case, be upon the employee); provided that any time so lost shall not be taken into account in computing the qualifying period of three months specified in (c) below. (c) The payment for any absence on sick leave in accordance with this clause during the first three months of continuous service in the industry may be withheld by the employer until the employee completes such three months, at which time the payment shall be made. A weekly attendance bonus of $95 will be available by the incorporation of all weekly, monthly and yearly incentives (including KPI’s, Kmart vouchers, travel and attendance allowances) but excluding production bonus. The new attendance bonus will be lost to any employee who takes a single day off in any week .Any person who goes home sick after a minimum of four hours on any day or who is late by a total of not more than 2 hours in a pay week will not lose the attendance bonus. Any person who is off work by prearranged and authorised LWOP will only lose the bonus for that day. There will be an exception for one single days absence per year if the employee provides a Doctors certificate for the day It is understood that this attendance bonus would be included in the definition of ordinary time earnings and is therefore payable for the purpose of annual leave, long service leave and redundancies. To allow for the 8mths which have elapsed so far this year, the good attendance bonus of $25 per day will be payable on eight twelfths of the total sick days payable this year only. Likewise the next payment of safety bonus by K’Mart vouchers will be the last made to the electricians.
Good Attendance Bonus. An employee who does not take any sick leave or have an unexcused absence during the six-month period from July 1 through December 31 will receive an additional four hours of personal leave. An employee who does not take any sick leave or have an unexcused absence during the six-month period from January 1 through June 30 will receive an additional four hours of personal leave.
