Good Attendance Bonus. Any unit member who maintains good attendance (zero, one, or two absences) in a six-month period (either July 1st through December 31st or January 1st through June 30th) shall be paid a bonus for the six- month period. Absences shall exclude Funeral Leave, Jury Duty Leave, Holidays, and Vacation Days and absences accompanied with medical documentation. The bonus rates will be seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for zero absences, forty-five ($45.00) for one absence, or twenty-five ($25.00) for two absences.

Good Attendance Bonus. If an employee is absent no more than one (1) day between January 1 and June 30, the employee will receive a $100 bonus. If the employee is absent no more than one (1) day, between July 1 and December 31, the employee will receive a $100 bonus. If the employee is absent no more than one day in each half of a calendar year, the employee will receive an additional $100 bonus, for a total of $300 for the calendar year.
Good Attendance Bonus. If an employee is absent no more than one (1) day per semester, s/he will receive a gross $100 bonus. If the employee is absent no more than one(1) day in each semester of a school year, s/he will receive an additional $100 gross bonus for a total of $300 for the school year. Approved Funeral Leave and Jury Duty will not count as absences under this paragraph.
Good Attendance Bonus. Any employee who works a full year without loss of sick time shall receive three additional holidays (twenty-four hours). Employees who use no more than eight hours of sick time per year shall receive two holidays (sixteen hours), and employees who use no more than sixteen hours of sick time shall receive one holiday (eight hours). Employees who use more than sixteen hours of sick time a year shall receive no holiday bonus. A year will be from January 1 to December 31. Holidays received by the employees can be used anytime in the following year and must be scheduled thirty calendar days prior with the appropriate department head.

The Good Attendance Bonus will be paid by the next regularly scheduled payroll after the last day of the school term.

An employee whose accumulated sick leave reaches 130 days in a calendar year and who does not use any sick leave/Workers’ Compensation time in that calendar year will receive 3 additional vacation days in the next calendar year.
