Common use of HOURS OF WORK / ROSTERED DAYS OFF/OVERTIME Clause in Contracts

HOURS OF WORK / ROSTERED DAYS OFF/OVERTIME. 9.1 Hours of Work Except as provided elsewhere, the ordinary working hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Ordinary hours may be averaged on agreement as contemplated by the flexibility provisions of this Agreement. Ordinary hours of work will be established and fall between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm. An Employee required to start or finish outside of established ordinary hours will be entitled to penalty rates in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
