Overtime – Weekends and Public Holidays. Employees required to work overtime on a Saturday shall paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for a minimum of four hours work. Work commencing after 12- midday on a Saturday will be paid at double time. Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid at double time ordinary rates with a minimum of four hours payment. Employees required to work on a prescribed public holiday shall be paid at double time and one half of ordinary rates for hours worked with a minimum of four hours payment. Where the hours worked are less than the normal rostered shift, the balance of the rostered hours will be paid at ordinary rates.
