– HOURS OF WORK & SCHEDULING. 13.01 The Company agrees to post a tentative work schedule annually for the year. However, weekly changes to such schedule may be made by the Company until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday of the week prior to the week in which the change is to take effect. If Company initiated changes to the regular schedule are made following the Wednesday 5:00 p.m. deadline, overtime rates will be paid for all hours worked during the first such changed shift in a week. Any changes to the final work schedule must be approved by the Chief Operating Engineer.
