Hours of Work, Weekly and Daily. (a) The normal weekly hours of work shall not be less than thirty-five (35) over a five (5) day period. (b) Employees may work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (c) Employees may work to a maximum of nine (9) hours or a minimum of five (5) hours in a day, provided that no overtime is required as a result.
