Housing Changes. No housing or room change may be made without the prior approval of the Residential Life Office. Changing a housing assignment without prior approval of the Residential Life Office will result in the imposition of $250 fine and may result in Student’s removal from on-campus housing, in University’s discretion. University determines room occupancy limits in accordance with applicable fire safety codes and other University policies. Student acknowledges and agrees that University may reassign or adjust the occupancy of rooms and may permit other uses of rooms in its sole discretion. Student agrees to comply with such changes as may be made by University from time to time.

Housing Changes. Room/Apartment changes will be conducted during designated periods during each semester. During all other times, room changes will be made on an emergency and administrative need basis only. Requests for changes in room assignments must be approved by the appropriate Area Coordinator and generally will not be considered during the first and last two weeks of each semester. Licensee's billing statements will be adjusted to reflect any changes in accommodations. Failure to follow the guidelines for changing room assignments may result in additional administration charges.
Housing Changes. The System will have the capability to produce a report of offenders that are housed in a housing unit longer than the predetermined day limit set by CTDOC.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
