Human Resources Management Services (Admin Support inVentiv will provide HR services for the project to support the recruiting and ongoing field management requirements. The HR activities will be managed by an HR Manager who will be responsible for the following: • Creation and distribution of offer letters, new hire checklist and return FedEx envelope to New Hire via FedEx • Distribution of emails from Sterling InfoSystems to complete required data for background screening and drug screen • Distribution of info regarding the New Hire Green Site to acknowledge reference documents, print new hire forms and send to HR • Receipt and tracking of signed offer letter and new hire forms • Tracking of background and drug screening results from Sterling (follow-up may be required) • Conduct new hire orientation Webex on first day of employment or live at training • Notification to Client of background issues • Works with NBD/Project Lead for instances of PIP letters, investigations of compliance and other issues • Coordination with Leave Administration on all state and federal leaves of absencesDelivery of termination notices, participation in personnel calls regarding downsizing and conversions The timelines for the project assumes the following: • Timely completion of Sterling background link from new hiresInformation regarding vacation, bonus, expectations are available for inclusion in the offer letters

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Administrator shall provide the following services, in each case, subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Fund and the review and comment by the Fund's auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Fund and the Administrator:

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Program Management (WBS 1.1) All components of the Project Management Plan as implemented for the Base Contract and Options 1-4 will be reviewed and amended to reflect specific needs for Option 5 and the outcome of continuous process improvement evaluations.

  • CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Manager will provide the following corporate administrative services for the Fund:

  • Asset Management Services (i) Real Estate and Related Services:

  • Account Management A. The repayment account opened by the Borrower with the Lender (the account stipulated in Article 5) is a special capital withdrawal account, which is used to collect the corresponding sales revenue or the planned repayment fund. Where the corresponding sales revenue is settled in a non-cash manner, the Borrower shall ensure that it will be promptly transferred into the capital withdrawal account upon receipt.

  • Investment Management Services (a) The Manager shall manage the Fund’s assets subject to and in accordance with the investment objectives and policies of the Fund and any directions which the Trust’s Board of Trustees may issue from time to time. In pursuance of the foregoing, the Manager shall make all determinations with respect to the investment of the Fund’s assets and the purchase and sale of its investment securities, and shall take such steps as may be necessary to implement the same. Such determinations and services shall include determining the manner in which any voting rights, rights to consent to corporate action and any other rights pertaining to the Fund’s investment securities shall be exercised. The Manager shall render or cause to be rendered regular reports to the Trust, at regular meetings of its Board of Trustees and at such other times as may be reasonably requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, of (i) the decisions made with respect to the investment of the Fund’s assets and the purchase and sale of its investment securities, (ii) the reasons for such decisions and (iii) the extent to which those decisions have been implemented.

  • Foreign Custody Manager Services (a) The Fund, on behalf of its Board, delegates to the Custodian, and the Custodian hereby agrees to accept, responsibility as the Fund's foreign custody manager for selecting, contracting with and monitoring Foreign Custodians in the countries set forth on Schedule 2 (each, a “Selected Country” and collectively, the “Selected Countries”) in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c).

  • Fund Administration Treasury Services a. Prepare for the review by designated officer(s) of the Trusts’ financial information that will be included in the Trusts’ semi-annual and annual shareholder reports (which shall also be subject to review by the Trusts’ legal counsel), and other quarterly reports (as mutually agreed upon), including tax footnote disclosures where applicable;
