HURRICANE POLICY. If there is a hurricane warning or watch affecting the Keys within 2 weeks of arrival (or any act of God), Guest may cancel and receive a 50% refund. If there is an evacuation of any part of the Florida Keys while the Guest is at the house (or scheduled to be at the house), the Guest will be refunded 100% for any days not yet occupied.
HURRICANE POLICY. In the event of resort closure due to a hurricane, we will credit Guests for a future stay, equal to the number of effected nights and on the same basis as originally planned, plus we will offer an additional complimentary night on the rescheduled trip.
HURRICANE POLICY. If mandatory evacuation of the island is ordered by a Governmental Agency, refunds will be prorated based on the nights left of your stay. Only those nights affected by the mandatory evacuation are eligible. If a hurricane occurs prior to your arrival, and we are unable to provide you with accommodations, refunds will be issued to the reservation holder.
HURRICANE POLICY. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area we will receive evacuation instructions from the National Hurricane Center and our local governing officials. If the “Mandatory Evacuation” order is given, refunds will only be given from your travel insurance company if you have purchased coverage. CBR will not issue refund of any rent payments.
HURRICANE POLICY. If you are traveling between May and December, please note that this is hurricane season Skyking Properties LLC. and Owner are not required to rebate rent in the event of a voluntary or mandatory evacuation.
HURRICANE POLICY. If you have a Rental Reservation, please call 000-000-0000 to cancel your reservation (prior to your arrival date) to see if there is a special exception regarding your applicable deposit.
HURRICANE POLICY. If there is a hurricane that threatens the Bahamas and causes you to either shorten or cancel your vacation, you will receive a refund prorated for the days of your trip that you miss.
HURRICANE POLICY. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “tropical storm/hurricane warning” for the Property.
HURRICANE POLICY. Hurricanes are always a possibility in the Florida Panhandle. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of Panama City Beach by the Bay County Emergency Management Offices of NW Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www/nhc/xxxx.xxx) a prorated refund will be given for all days covered by the mandatory evacuation order. If no mandatory evacuation notice is issued and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation period or choose to cancel due to 'potential' threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made. It is highly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance with a 3rd party to cover you for any cancelations, or partial stays. MAID SERVICE/SPECIAL REQUESTS: While linens and bath towels are included in each unit, daily maid service is not. If you desire housekeeping services, we can provide you with a list of Housekeepers and you may contract with them directly based upon your individual needs. The linens in the unit have been inventoried prior to your arrival. CHECK-IN ACCESS: Access code for Keypad locks will be distributed the day before check in, and will be for use only during your designated check in time, and during the course of your stay. We cannot allow for early check in, or late check out. If your travel plans do not align with our check in and check out times, please make alternative arrangements as needed.
