Mandatory Evacuation. If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Premises, Tenant shall comply with the order. Upon compliance, Xxxxxx will be entitled to a refund of the prorated rent for each night that Xxxxxx is unable to occupy the Premises because of the order. However, Xxxxxx will not be entitled to a refund if, prior to taking possession of the Premises: (i) Tenant refused insurance offered by Agent that would have compensated Tenant for losses or damages resulting from loss of use of the Premises due to a mandatory evacuation order, or (ii) Tenant purchased such insurance from Agent.
Mandatory Evacuation. In the event the U.S. Embassy or the U.S. DOS orders that all non-essential American Citizens must evacuate from Japan (mandatory evacuation), that order shall serve as authorization for the Supplier CES team to stop work and evacuate at the Seller’s discretion. Costs associated with Seller travel and Seller dependent travel for evacuation, relocation, and/or reentry shall be allowable to the extent permitted by the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) applicable to this Order. Authorization to return to Japan shall only be approved by the entity that made the official order, and authorized by the release of an official notice that it is safe/advised to return.

Travel insurance purchased through an agent other than Cove Realty, such as HomeAway, VRBO, or XxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx, are subject to terms of corresponding agency insurance agreement and may or may not be protected from Mandatory Evacuations.
Mandatory Evacuation. If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Premises, Guest shall comply with the order. There will be no refunds of any kind for hurricane evacuations. According to the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, in the event of a mandatory evacuation, “The tenant shall not be entitled to a refund if: i.e. prior to the Tenant taking possession of the property, the Tenant refused insurance offered by the landlord or real estate broker that would have compensated him or her for losses or damages resulting in loss of use of the property due to a mandatory evacuation order; or i.
Mandatory Evacuation. In the event of an ordered mandatory evacuation, Tenant is required by state law to evacuate property. Tenant agrees to vacate and secure property within 4 hours of the start of the mandatory evacuation order NCGS 42A-36 et al. If State or local authorities, acting pursuant to Article 1A of Chapter 166A of the General Statutes, order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the residential property subject to a vacation rental, the tenant under the vacation rental agreement, whether in possession of the property or not, shall comply with the evacuation order. Upon compliance, the tenant shall be entitled to a refund from the landlord of the rent, taxes, and any other payments made by the tenant pursuant to the vacation rental agreement as a condition of the tenant's right to occupy the property prorated for each night that the tenant is unable to occupy the property because of the mandatory evacuation order. The tenant shall not be entitled to a refund if: (i) prior to the tenant taking possession of the property, the tenant refused insurance offered by the landlord or real estate broker that would have compensated the tenant for losses or damages resulting from loss of use of the property due to a mandatory evacuation order; or (ii) the tenant purchased insurance offered by the landlord or real estate broker. The insurance offered shall be provided by an insurance company duly authorized by the North Carolina Department of Insurance, and the cost of the insurance shall not exceed eight percent (8%) of the total amount charged for the vacation rental to the tenant less the amount paid by the tenant for a security deposit. If optional travel insurance was purchased, claims for the period of mandatory evacuation can be submitted to Red Sky Trip Insurance.
Mandatory Evacuation. If state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes Hawkesdene, tenant shall comply with the order. Upon compliance, tenant will be entitled to a refund of the prorated rent for each night that tenant is unable to occupy Hawkesdene because of the order.
Mandatory Evacuation. If the state or local authorities, acting pursuant to Article 36A of chapter 14 or article of Chapter 166A of the General Statutes, order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the residential property subject to a vacation rental, the guest in possession of the property shall comply with the evacuation order. The guest shall not be entitled to a refund from Better Beach Rentals and Sales. All guests are offered travel protection insurance at the time of booking. Travel Protection insurance may cover a mandatory evacuation provided the policy was purchased in accordance with policy terms. Please see section 6 for more information. The insurance offered shall be provided by an insurance company duly authorized by the NC Department of Insurance and the cost of the insurance shall not exceed 8% of the total rent charged for the vacation rental to the guest.
Mandatory Evacuation. Pursuant to Senate Xxxx 974, G.S. 42A-36, there are no refunds to inclement weather including hurricanes. If the Government orders a mandatory evacuation of this property, Tenant and occupants shall comply. Only if Tenant purchases Travel Insurance, will Tenant be entitled to a refund from the Travel Insurance Company. Tenant shall NOT be entitled to a refund if Tenant did not purchase insurance.
