Recreational Amenities definition

Recreational Amenities means facilities operated in conjunction with CSF intended to provide recreational or other leisure opportunities for guests of, customers of or visitors to businesses located within CSF on the FDP Properties and shall include, without limitation, plazas, skating rinks, cultural and community centers, indoor and outdoor water parks, swimming pools and hot tubs, sledding hills, playing fields, and indoor and outdoor tennis and other racquet sport facilities.
Recreational Amenities means those recreational amenities located on the Amenity Deck on Level 8 of the Tower, as well as those recreational amenities located on Level 42 of the Tower, available for the use and enjoyment of the Residential Unit Owners.
Recreational Amenities means recreational facilities located within The Project operated as ongoing business entities on a fee basis such as, but not limited to, the 18-hole golf course and associated club house and the dry boat storage facility.

  • Other Equipment: Unless otherwise indicated herein, other Private Recreational Amenities equipment shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturers' warranties, manuals, and product specifications.


More Definitions of Recreational Amenities

Recreational Amenities means those recreational amenities located on the Recreational Deck on the rooftop of the Parking Structure available for the use and enjoyment of the Residential Unit Owners.

Recreational Amenities means those portions of the Common Property on which active or passive recreational equipment, facilities, or areas, including associated parking and other improvements, have been constructed or placed, or designated for use, subject to the Governing Documents, by the Declarant, by Lot Owners and their family members, tenants and guests, and by Recreational Amenities Users. Provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Declarant or any other Person to construct or provide for any Recreational Amenities, except to the extent, if any, that Declarant or such other Person is so obligated under Legal Requirements.

Related to Recreational Amenities

  • Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.

  • Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Recreational facility means any enclosed, indoor area used by the general public and used as a

  • Special area means a sea area where for recognized technical reasons in relation to its oceanographical and ecological condition and to the particular character of its traffic the adoption of special mandatory methods for the prevention of sea pollution by oil is required.   • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Control Area(s) means an electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.
